Board of Directors

• We redesigned our website and added a feature that allows the Board to send HOA-related emails from within the website to all subscribed members with a simple click of a button. 
• Please subscribe to this service by filling out the form located at https://comstockhoa.net/subscribe/.   The HOA website, including the form, is SSL secured; all messages are encrypted to ensure your privacy. Your email address will only be used for HOA notifications.
• When you have completed the form, you will receive a welcome email. If you do not see it in your inbox, check the junk or trash folder and make the address (noreply@comstockhoa.net) an approved email so it goes directly to your inbox in the future.
• After June 30, 2020, ALL HOA-related notifications will be sent from the website email service and only to those who have subscribed. 

The new Comstock Estates HOA website is designed to be easier to navigate. While you are subscribing to the notification system click around a bit and get to know what information is available.

DURING THE COVID STAY-AT-HOME AND SAFER-AT-HOME conditions, the Board of Directors continues to meet monthly per Covenant requirements on the second Wednesday at 7 pm.  However, these meetings are conducted via telephone conferencing.  If you have an issue that needs to be addressed at a Board meeting, feel free to contact the Board.  Arrangements will be made to include you on the agenda for the next month’s meeting.     Contact link:   https://comstockhoa.net/contact-us/
