Covenant violations are photographed and documented by the Covenant Violation Reviewer and reported to the HOA Management.
The HOA Management, under the direction of the Board, sends a Courtesy letter to the respective homeowner(s).
Homeowner(s) who choose not to comply are sent a Fine Assessment letter; fines must be paid within 30 days.
