Annual Invoice Info

Happy New Year to All !

Your 2026 invoices went out via email on Dec. 26th.  If you are receiving this email, then your invoice was also emailed with a few requested exceptions.  It was sent from comstockhoahoainvoices@gmail.com.  If you don’t see it in your Inbox, please check your Junk or Spam folders.  Several dozen invoices were USPS mailed to those who have requested mailed invoices or possibly new owners whose info I don’t have yet. 

If you would like an emailed invoice next year or have changed your address, please email me with the correct info.  I have received some bounce back emails of incorrect addresses.  If you have a co-owner, many have both addresses in my system – so maybe your co-owner has the invoice.  

Please remember that the annual assessment has been raised to $200 from the previous $150 per owner vote at the oct Quarterly Members Meeting.  Your payment needs to be to my office by Jan 31 in order to not risk being assessed a late fee of $25 and interest of 8% per annum.

If you don’t want to pay online or mail a check, you can drop your payment off at my office. You can use the secure drop box that is located on the office door.  Envelopes and pens are available to identify your account.  My address is 751 Horizon COURT, #115 – The Skyline Building. The building doors are open from 8 am to 5:30 pm, Mon. thru Fri. My office is by appointment only.
