The main lines are being flushed today due to some unusual build-up in the lines. The water will continue to flow so you can probably still use a water hose if you need to. At this time, we don’t know when the lower valve will be closed as it depends on the amount of debris coming out. This flushing is done to clear the water. Thank you for your patience.

Please try to attend our Quarterly Members Meeting tomorrow night, Wednesday, at 7 pm at Cavalcade at 201 E Aspen in downtown Fruita.

There’s plenty of time for you to ask any questions you may have. The Board is always open to addressing your concerns. Irrigation water is a constant topic throughout the summer…. And National Night Out plans too! Discussion time for Manager’s new online platform that will allow online payments, access to viewing your account, emailing the Mgr directly are some of the amenities.

The repair was made this morning and the water to the system is back on. The lower valve is being left open for the day to flush sediment out of the system. It will be closed this evening and will need a hour to fully fill the lines. Until then, the pressure may not be great.

The irrigation water is being turned off tonight for a break prior to a valve. Repair time is currently unknown, but will keep you posted for a turn on time.

The irrigation water is off for a few hours this morning for a repair. It will be turned back on about noon.

If you have system repairs to make that need the water turned off, please try to complete them this Sat. The water will be turned off and drained starting about 6 am and the lines will start to fill again about 6 pm.

We are trying to consolidate the turn off days for non-emergent repairs. If you have a repair in the future, contact the HOA Mgr. via the website contact option or email her directly at lwood@ggre.us so that she can help you coordinate the turn-off.

The irrigation water will be shut down for a repair on Thursday at 10 am and turned back on around 6pm. If you also need to make a repair, this would be a great time.

If you cant complete your repair at this time, let Lori, the Mgr., know so you can be put on a list for another time. We are trying to consolidate the repair related turn offs.

A list is being put together for main line clean outs. If you have a concern, call or email Lori or email via this website. No date is set for the hydro vac truck yet.

Comstock Estate HOA Neighbors

Irrigation water will be turned on in our neighborhood on Saturday April 18.  Please close your main irrigation valve by April 17.  Chuck’s Sprinklers will be in the neighborhood that day to look for leaks.

Watering your lawns – At this time there are no watering restrictions in place.  Any set by the HOA are best practice suggestions, but not enforceable.  It is recommended to water only between 6pm and 10 am.  Watering 3 days/week should be sufficient.
